IELTS Speaking: PART 3 အတြက္ Tips and Strategies

• IELTS Speaking part 3 ကေတာ့ Part 2 မွာ ေျဖဆုိခဲ့တဲ့ အေၾကာင္းအရာနဲ႔ပတ္သက္ျပီး ေမးခြန္းမ်ားကုိ စာစစ္သူက ေမးျမန္ပါလိမ့္မယ္။ ဒါေပမဲ့ ေမးခြန္းေတြဟာ ပုိျပီးေတာ့ ေယဘုယ်သေဘာဆန္တဲ့၊ ေကာက္ႏႈတ္ခ်က္ဆန္တဲ့ ေမးခြန္းမ်ားကုိ ျဖစ္ေလ့ရွိပါတယ္။ ဒီအပုိင္းမွာေတာ့ Part 2 မွာေျဖဆုိခဲ့တဲ့ အေၾကာင္းအရာနဲ႔ ပတ္သက္ျပီး ပုိျပီးက်ယ္က်ယ္ျပန္႔ျပန္႔ ေျပာဆုိရွင္းျပေျဖဆုိေပးရရုံတင္မက ၄င္းအေၾကာင္းအရာနဲ႔ ပတ္သက္တာေတြကုိ ခြဲျခမ္းစိတ္ျဖာျပီး စာစစ္သူနဲ႔ အျပန္အလွန္ေဆြးေႏြးေျပာဆုိရမယ့္ အပုိင္းလည္းျဖစ္ပါတယ္။

• ေဆြးေႏြးေျပာဆုိခ်ိန္ဟာ ၄-၅ မိနစ္ေလာက္ၾကာတတ္ပါတယ္။ ဒီအပုိင္းမွာ စာစစ္သူလိုခ်င္တဲ့ပုံစံကေတာ့ မိမိရဲ့အေတြးအျမင္မ်ားကုိ သြက္သြက္လက္လက္၊ ရွင္းရွင္းလင္းလင္း ေျပာဆုိႏုိင္ျခင္း၊ ဥပမာမ်ား၊ အေၾကာင္းျပခ်က္မ်ားျဖင့္ ခြဲျခမ္းစိတ္ျဖာေျပာဆုိႏုိင္ျခင္းတုိ႔ ျဖစ္ပါတယ္။ ဒီအပုိင္းဟာ Speaking Task ရဲ့ အခက္အခဲဆံုးအပုိင္းျဖစ္ျပီးေတာ့ ေရွ႕ပုိင္းေတြထက္ အနည္းငယ္ပုိ၍ရႈပ္ေထြးတဲ့အတြက္ Vocabulary မ်ားကုိ ပုိင္ႏုိင္ကြ်မ္းက်င္စြာအသုံးျပဳျပီး၊ Linking Phrase မ်ား ေဝေဝဆာဆာ သုံးႏုိင္မယ္ဆုိရင္ မိမိအတြက္ အေကာင္းဆုံးျဖစ္မွာပါ။

• Part 2 ရဲ့ Card မွာေမးႏုိင္တဲ့ ေအာက္ပါနမူနာပုံစံကုိ ေလ့လာၾကည့္ရေအာင္ပါ။

Describe a book that you read recently.

You should say:

• what the book is about
• what you liked or disliked about it
• would you recommend it to anyone else and what kind of person would that be.

• ဒါကေတာ့ Task 2 မွာေမးထားတဲ့ Topic ျဖစ္ပါတယ္။ Task 3 မွာေတာ့ အထက္ပါ Topic နဲ႔ဆက္စပ္ျပီး ေမးခြန္းေတြကုိ ေျဖေပးရမွာပါ။ ဒီနမူနာမွာ Task 2 ရဲ့ Main Topic က “reading of books/ we read books”  ျဖစ္ပါတယ္။ ၄င္းအေၾကာင္းအရာနဲ႔ပတ္သက္ျပီး Part 3 မွာေမးႏုိင္တဲ့ ေယဘုယ်သေဘာဆန္တဲ့၊ ေကာက္ႏႈတ္ခ်က္ဆန္တဲ့ ေမးခြန္းမ်ားကုိ ေလ့လာၾကည့္ၾကပါမယ္။

Questions that ask for your opinion or preferences

• Do you generally read a lot of books or do you prefer watching T.V?
• What kinds of books are considered good reads in your opinion?
• Do you think that people read nowadays as they did in the past?
• Do you regard famous writers as good role models?
• If a movie is based on a book, would you prefer to read the book or to watch the film?

Questions that ask you about hypothetical situations or results of something

• If you were a writer, what kind of books would you write?
• Are there any books that you’ve read in the past that have influenced you in any way?
• If you could influence or had the power to change the world with your writings what would you want to change?

Questions that ask you about the cause or the reason for something

• Why do you think so many people read on tablets nowadays?
• Why do some people prefer tablets to traditional books?

Questions that ask you about the consequences of something

• Do you think that traditional books will be replaced by tablet reading in the future?

• ဒီေမးခြန္းေတြကေတာ့ ေမးေလ့ေမးထရွိတဲ့ ေမးခြန္းနမူနာပုံစံမ်ားျဖစ္ပါတယ္။ ဒီေလာက္ဆုိရင္ ဒီေမးခြန္းေတြအတြက္ ဘယ္လိုျပင္ဆင္ေျဖဆုိရမယ္ဆုိတာ သေဘာေပါက္ေလာက္ျပီထင္ပါတယ္။ တကယ္ေတာ့ ဒီလိုေမးခြန္းမ်ဳိးအားလုံးကို စာစစ္သူက ေမးခ်င္မွေမးျဖစ္မွာပါ။ မိမိဘက္က အဆင္သင့္ျဖစ္ေအာင္ ၾကိဳတင္ေလ့လာျပင္ဆင္ထားသင့္ပါတယ္။

• အေရးၾကီးဆုံး တစ္ခုမွတ္ရမွာက အလြတ္က်က္ေျဖ(by heart) ပုံစံမျဖစ္ေနဖုိ႔ အေရးၾကီးပါတယ္။ စာစစ္သူဟာအေတြ႕အၾကဳံရွိသူျဖစ္ျပီး အလြတ္က်က္ေျဖ(by heart) ပုံစံကုိ သိရွိႏုိင္ပါတယ္။ ဒါဆုိ မိမိအတြက္ ရလဒ္က မေကာင္းႏုိင္ပါဘူး။ ဒါေၾကာင့္ ေမးႏုိင္တဲ့ေမးခြန္းမ်ားကုိ အျပန္အလွန္ေဆြးေႏြးေျပာဆုိတဲ့ပုံစံနဲ႔ မ်ားမ်ားေလ့က်င့္ထားမွသာ မိမိအတြက္ အေကာင္းဆုံးျဖစ္မွာပါ။

• ေနာက္ပုိ႔စ္ေတြမွာ Speaking Part 1,2,3 အတြက္ အသုံးဝင္တဲ့ Vocabulary မ်ား Linking phrase မ်ားကုိ ျဖည့္စြက္ ေရးသားရွင္းလင္းေပးပါမယ္။
